Scientific and Technical Library of the Institute of Coal Chemistry and Material Science SB RAS (STL ICCM SB RAS) is organized in order provide the institute research stuff with informational and library service. The library is a part of the Central Library System of the Siberian Brunch of Russian Academy of Sciences.
The library is given the status of ‘Central Library of the Scientific Center SB RAS for library and information services on the world’s science achievements.’
The institute was awarded with RFBR grant in 2012, 2013 and 2014 allows us to use information electronic resources of foreign publishers.

The library fund
The library fund is collected according to the main research directions of the institute including deep coal processing, coal chemistry, chemistry of carbon materials, composites and nanostructures. The fund has been collected since 1974. There are research papers of the institute stuff, theses’ autoreferats and conference proceedings as well as journals and books – more than 20 thousands items. The library services are provided to institute stuff and other researches and students of Kemerovo Scientific Center, university professors and students of the Kemerovo city. The library gets in close touch the libraries of other institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

• Consulting services concerned on the information surveys.
• Clarification of bibliographic data;
• Execution of thematic and factographic query;
• The interlibrary subscription services.
